Under the government’s grant for design innovation, Metal Storage System got together with Ether Design and undertook a systematic study of what could be done in this space. Their indigenous system was not functionally robust and created big problems when the trays moved up and down. From a systems design point of view it required serious design intervention where functionality, aesthetics and ergonomics were concerned.
All these problems were solved and a world class product experience has been imparted in terms of modularity, ease of fabrication and maintenance and a robust mechanical operation.
